Lucas Catton – CEO
Having worked in the behavioral health field for 20 years, Catton has a specialty in marketing, executive leadership and strategy. He has helped multiple programs through the startup process, going from concept to reality to profitability and sustainability. As the President of a large residential program in the nation’s heartland, he led its marketing and PR efforts to grow it from 100 to 250 beds. He was also recently the co-founder of a PHP/IOP program in the Atlanta Market, and as Managing Director helped establish its unique position and then open a second location before making a successful exit and returning to consulting. His network within the field, including third-party vendors, service providers, business development representatives, clinicians and referral sources continues to grow. He currently works with several facilities and companies as an advisor and strategist in the behavioral health field.
Jeff Lukas – COO
With 15 years’ worth of experience in this field, Lukas has held many key roles. As the Executive Director of a facility in the Southeast, he helped it grow from 12 beds to 60 beds and was the primary factor in its income stabilization and revenue increase. His dual specialty in facilities management and admissions has also served in his advisory roles for other program operators as well. As an admissions team trainer, he has helped multiple programs and service providers reach their highest levels of revenue and bed capacity, including helping a residential facility in the Northwest go from breaking even to being on a waiting list and then opening multiple locations. He also has experience working with public contracts as a Director of Case Management for a group of clinics in the Northeast that provided services for the Dept. of Probation & Parole, where he was able to increase their utilization and significantly boost revenue.
