Lucas Catton – CEO
Having worked in the behavioral health field for 22 years, Catton has a specialty in marketing, executive leadership and strategic planning. He has helped multiple programs through the startup process, going from concept to reality to profitability and sustainability. He has also worked with multiple residential facilities in many different capacities to help them grow and reach their goals.
He was also recently the co-founder of a PHP/IOP program in the Atlanta market, and as Managing Director helped establish its unique position and then open a second location before making a successful exit and returning to consulting. His network within the field, including third-party vendors, service providers, business development representatives, clinicians and referral sources continues to grow. He currently works with several facilities and companies as an advisor and strategist in the behavioral health field, with focus on startups, strategic growth, and acquisitions.
Now Catton is also leading the development team at Innovia Behavioral Health, which is a subscription-based behavioral health prevention and maintenance organization that offers unlimited access to a wide variety of live groups hosted by expert facilitators.
